Plain terms for any New Orleans stay you reserve from Suite 105 in Atlanta
Updated October 25, 2026. Plain terms for quotes, reservations, payment and changes.
A Georgia LLC, one suite, one city
These terms apply when you ask for a quote from, or reserve a stay through, Tours New Orleans LLC, an independent travel agency at 590 Means St NW, Suite 105, Atlanta, GA 30318, reachable at +1 (404) 876-6517 and plans@toursneworleans.com. The office plans stays and reserves them with hotels and operators on your behalf.
Quotes
A quote is a written proposal naming each supplier, its price for your dates, the taxes in dollars and its own terms. Prices on this site are from-prices figured as the pricing page explains; the price you pay is the price in the quote. A quote holds nothing until you accept it and the supplier confirms.
Payment goes to each supplier
When you accept a quote, the office reserves each piece with its supplier in your name. You pay each supplier directly, on its terms. The office does not take payment for any supplier and this site has no payment function. If part of the site is later run by an outside provider, such as a search or reservation tool, any reservation and payment made there happen with that provider under its own terms.
The suppliers deliver the stay
Each hotel, cooking school, music room, museum and operator delivers its own service, employs its own staff and holds the permits its own work needs. The office chooses suppliers with care and stands between you and them when something goes wrong; running each service is the supplier's own work.
Changing or calling off a reserved stay
Before acceptance, nothing is held and a quote may lapse at no cost. After acceptance, each supplier's terms govern changes, cancellations and refunds; they are printed in the quote. The office adds no charge of its own to a change.
Walk minutes, room figures, neighborhood notes
Walking times come from a street routing service on open map data and describe the route, not conditions on the day of travel. Room figures come from the published federal lodging rates for New Orleans. Descriptions of neighborhoods are the office's notes and grade nothing.
The parts that stay with the traveler
Getting to and from New Orleans, documents you may need to travel, choices about coverage for a canceled trip, and giving the office accurate names, dates and needs.
Storms, closures and other limits
To the extent the law allows, the office is responsible for its own work in planning and reserving, and not for acts or failures of suppliers or for events beyond its control such as storms and closures.
No goods, nothing shipped
The office sells stays and the pieces named in them. It sells no goods and ships nothing; anything made at a class or demonstration is handed over there by the school or kitchen.
Georgia law governs
The State of Georgia furnishes the law that applies to these terms.
